Kamis, 21 Maret 2024, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Hasanuddin (FK Unhas) menyelenggarakan Workshop Pengisian Data Unit Pengelola Program Studi. Acara ini berlangsung di Ruang Senat Lt. 2 FK Unhas. Workshop Pengisian Data Unit Pengelola Program Studi (UPPS) bertujuan untuk mengisi dan melengkapi data Unit Pengelola Program Studi Fakultas Kedokteran Unhas untuk periode Oktober-Desember 2023 dan Januari-Maret 2024. Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Unhas, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes.,Sp.PD-KGH.,Sp. GK(K), menghadiri sekaligus membuka kegiatan ini. Ketua Gugus Penjaminan Mutu dan Peningkatan Reputasi (GPMPR), Dr. dr. Tenri Esa, M.Si.,Sp.PK(K), beserta Sekretaris, Dr. dr. Ika Yustisia, M.Sc, memandu pengisian data oleh Tim Data UPPS. Kegiatan rutin ini penting dalam memastikan kualitas data yang terkelola dengan baik.
Acara diawali dengan laporan progres pengisian data UPPS Tahun 2024 yang disampaikan oleh Ketua GPMPR FK Unhas, Dr. dr. Tenri Esa, M.Si.,Sp.PK(K). Dalam uraiannya, Ketua GPMPR menjelaskan bahwa pada tahun 2023, Dekan FK Unhas telah mengeluarkan Surat Keputusan perihal Tim yang bertugas untuk mempersiapkan data-data UPPS. Pada workshop kali ini, Tim yang terdiri dari Tim Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, Tim Perencanaan, Keuangan, dan Sarana Prasana, Tim Sumber Daya Manusia, Tim Kerjasama, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian, dan Tim Penjaminan Mutu, pada sesi pertama melengkapi data periode Oktober – Desember 2023 dilanjutkan dengan pengisian data Januari – Maret 2024. Pada sesi berikutnya masing-masing Tim mempresentasikan progress pengisiannya serta menyampaikan kendala dan rencana tindak lanjut.
Selanjutnya, sambutan dan pembukaan acara oleh Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Unhas, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes.,Sp.PD-KGH.,Sp.GK(K). Dalam arahannya, beliau mengapresiasi kehadiran para peserta dan pentingnya pengisian data yang akurat dalam rangka peningkatan mutu program studi serta kesiapan dan kelengkapan data merupakan bagian yang krusial dalam menghadapi audit mutu internal dan akreditasi.
Setiap Tim diharapkan saling berkoodinasi dalam melengkapi data dan menyiapkan dokumen pendukungnya. Hasil pengisian dan penyempurnaan data selanjutnya akan dibahas dan dikonsultasikan kepada koordinator dan Wakil Dekan bidang terkait. Luaran workshop ini diharapkan dapat membantu persiapan akreditasi Program Studi dalam lingkup Fakultas Kedokteran Unhas.

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit (GPMPR), Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University (FK Unhas) organized a Data Filling Workshop for the Study Program Management Unit. This event took place in the Senate Room on the second floor of the Faculty of Medicine at Unhas.
The aim of this workshop was to fill in and complete the data for the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS), Faculty of Medicine, Unhas for the period of October-December 2023 and January-March 2024. The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unhas, Prof. Dr. Dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes., Sp.PD-KGH., Sp. GK(K), attended and opened this activity. The Chair of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Unit (GPMPR), Dr. Dr. Tenri Esa, M.Si., Sp.PK(K), along with the Secretary, Dr. Dr. Ika Yustisia, M.Sc, guided the UPPS Data Team in data entry. These routine activities are crucial in ensuring well-managed data quality.
The event began with a progress report on the UPPS data filling in 2024, delivered by the Chair of GPMPR FK Unhas, Dr. dr. Tenri Esa, M.Si., Sp.PK(K). In her report, Dr. Tenri Esa explained that in 2023, the Dean of FK Unhas had issued a decree regarding the team tasked with preparing UPPS data. In this workshop, the team, consisting of the Academic and Student Affairs Team, Planning, Finance and Infrastructure Team, Human Resources Team, Cooperation, Research and Service Team, and Quality Assurance Team, completed the data for the October-December 2023 period in the first session. They then continued with filling in data from January to March 2024. In the next session, each team presented their progress in filling in and convey obstacles and follow-up plans.
Subsequently, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes., Sp.PD-KGH., Sp.GK(K), delivered her remarks and formally inaugurated the event. In her speech, Prof. Haerani Rasyid conveyed her gratitude for the attendance of all participants and underscored the significance of accurate data entry in enhancing the quality of study programs. She further highlighted that the preparedness and thoroughness of data are vital components in dealing with internal quality audits and accreditation processes.
All teams are anticipated to collaborate in the completion of data and the preparation of necessary documents. The refined data, once filled in, will be reviewed, and consulted upon with the coordinator and the Deputy Dean for the respective field. The ultimate goal is that the results of this workshop will streamline the preparation for the accreditation process of the Study Programs within the Faculty of Medicine at Hasanuddin University.
